How I dropped 77lbs in my late 40s and kept it off...

I was once a fat and stressed out small business owner. I am not proud of my story, but I feel compelled to tell it.

After I started my business and as I continued to be successful, my responsibilities drastically increased, but so did my blood pressure and waistline.

I thought I had no time to train. To be honest, I was so tired all the time that I thought getting back in shape was impossible.

Truth was, I’d given up. I was in a mess.

Sure, I’d tried to get back into shape. Which meant I did what I'd always done!

➡️ I ramped up my running…
➡️ Dropped my calories…
➡️ Joined a gym (and never went)...

The only result was, I wasted money and felt more frustrated than before… sound familiar?

Then a bombshell…

My Mother died. I was shocked at the fragility of life having just lost my mother at 60, to a lifestyle related disease.

I was angry at myself. Ashamed.

I knew I HAD to sort myself out, for three huge reasons:

➡️ To be around longer for my family.
➡️ To enjoy later life to its fullest with my wife and son.
➡️ To show up as the best version of me for them and myself. 

One thing was crystal clear. What worked for me in my twenties was NOT working now I’m middle-aged.

Since then, I’ve lost over 80 pounds, and kept it off. I’m in the best shape ever.
